Thank you for visiting us, we are a small batch roaster located in Ketchikan Alaska. We have a simple philosophy: coffee should taste good. Our story starts in the galley of a smoke filled sailboat where Peter roasted his first batch of green bean in a small cast iron skillet as his family rushed around opening hatched. While the skillet was soon replaced with a thrift store aluminum wok, the bamboo spoon would last for a few years to come. …
